ABC of Iowa supports Governor Reynolds’ legal challenge to President Biden’s mandate for employers to require COVID-19 vaccines or testing.
This will be a burdensome requirement that could negatively impact our members’ businesses in a time when the industry is already seeing drastic workforce shortages. By targeting larger employers, the rule imposes an unfair hardship on those employers.
Because this is a federal rule, we recognize the only option for challenging it is through the courts. We applaud Governor Reynolds for taking that step.
